Review of Snow Angels (2007) by Lindsay M — 12 Nov 2008
Take a chance on David Gordon Green, a writer/director so unique and talented that it's a tragedy more people don't know his name or his work. With "Snow Angels," Green again proves he is maybe the finest young filmmaker capable of conveying the horrible, wonderful emotion of everyday people and of everyday life.
There are moments of rare purity in "Snow Angels," and like his other films, Green reminds us he has never and will never photograph a bad or false performance.
