Review of Snow Angels (2007) by Rakeem M — 12 Feb 2009
David Gordon Green has yet to disappoint me, he is a true master in this modern age. The cast is brilliant! Sam Rockwell is, as always, pitch-perfect in his role as the unstable father and Michael Angarano and Olivia Thirlby succeed at creating one of the best representations of adolescent love ever put on screen.
The true reward, however, I seeing Kate Beckinsale finally deliver on the promise of her earlier work (before she was an action star) by plunging to new depths as an actress. This is one to see.
