This was horrible. The anime sequernces were cool and if they would have kept that through the whole movie, this would have been better. But with the quality fo the cast, they could have had better production values.
Snoop is so charismatic, how can you not like this guy? Snoop fits right in here. Ernie Hudson did good as well. Everything else though, wasteful.
