Review of Snoop Dogg's Hood of Horror (2006) by Adam E — 20 Jul 2010
EC comics style affair with snoop dogg been a cool ass playa version of the crypt keeper only not as good (sorry snoop but crypt keeper rules). With some nice animation scenes showing snoop becoming some kind of pimp devil worker he sends condemned souls to hell for his boss a big devil or god ill be honest I dont really know and it dont matter so moving on! Gorey fun split iinto 3 bits female tagger gets a power to erase other taggers, war vets get stuck with a red neck boss who pushes theme to breakingpoint and a rap star gets a very cruel this is your life.
The animation scenes are fun and theres a nice bit of humorus gore here to. Loads of cameo roles including wrestler ddp who gets knives through his eyes! Snoop gets to do the theme tune and it ends as expected.
Lots of fun but not exactly thats going to tax the brain much.None rap fans should probably avoid thou as its gangsta heavy popcorn gore tastic entertanment :).
