Did you know the mandatory sentence for dealing drugs in the States is now 10 years??? Well you will do now after watching this.
When the son of John Matthews gets bust for receiving some drugs for his friend, he is sent to Prison. Desperate to avoid the prison raping John makes a deal with a US attorney in exchange for his son's freedom. He will bring in the drug kingpin.
Despite starring The Rock this is a pretty poor film.
