Review of Sniper (1993) by Corey N — 08 Jan 2010
This is a good military movie. It stars Tom Berenger and Billy Zane. Berenger is the veteran sniper assigned to take out a rebel leader with a rookie sniper. They clash over ideas and strategy. Plus they must avoid a marksman in the jungle known for taking out other soldiers.
Berenger is great as sniper Beckett. The dark and mysterious sniper who always gets the job done. Zane is solid in his role as well. The movie has a solid story that entertains. Enough action and story to make a good movie.
Worth a watch.
