Review of Sneakers (1992) by Tamatai N — 26 Feb 2010
A gripping and highly enjoyable espionage thriller from the 1990s. It does feel incredibly dated now and I can see a lot of tech-geeks getting a good laugh out of it today. I felt, however, that the film raised a lot of still-relevent issues concerning how technology shapes, governs and rules our society and how absolute power could only be a few mouse-clicks away.
