That is not how tapeworms work, but it's the funniest part of the movie. Decent movie. Doesn't deserve the hate it's getting. Wanda Sykes and Joan Cusack need their own spin-off.
My biggest issue is that the movie is all over the place in terms of pacing, tonal shifts, character development, etc... things just happen with not much to tie anything together. Amy's character is also a total shit.
