Review of Snatch (2000) by Tom W — 09 Mar 2014
Snatch is a film that doesn't do anything over the top well, but also doesn't do anything particularly wrong...rather, it capitalizes on a very Tarantino'esk formula of sharp dialogue mixed into the organized crime genre.
....the plot is simply enough to follow, but the real treat is the characters themselves, most of which are funny, interesting, and at totally memorable...particularly Brad Pitt and Alan Ford...if there is anything to complain about, it might be that the film does move along at a rather quick clip, so some things are easily missed.
...that being said, Snatch is a fun film that is definitely worth being seen.
