You cant knock a movie that delivers on and doesn't mislead with it's it's title, there are indeed no mongooses on planes in this film. But it's never the sheer unfettered masterpiece of B-movie joy you hope for, and is happy just to live up to being what it is instead, a fun, unabashed piece of old fashioned creature feature trash, it's also got tits and kung fu gangsters, plus a chiwawa gets eaten! score!
