I'm seriously in love with this movie. 1.) it has cool 80s clothes. 2.) it's adapted from my fave Joyce Carol Oates store. 3.) it's perfect symbolic of a girls coming-of-age. The balance between being fascinated by sex and being freaked out by sex when you're 13.
Laura Dern steals my heart.
