Surprisingly, it does keep you entertained. The editor does deserve some kudos for the action scenes, and if you look further than what's on the screen, you notice it has a slight ethical undertone involving law enforcement.
It was somewhat enjoyable, but no re-watchable like most shootout movies, but I will say it has a surprisingly very good ending.
