The first half of this movie had way too much going on and was confusing as hell, but I'm a sucker for well-done action scenes and the second half had said quality in "spades" (PUN INTENDED!).
The colourful atmosphere, the music, the.. blood, it all worked, as ridiculous as it all was. Just don't pay attention to the story; guarantee a couple of 18 year old junkies came up with the plot.
Main complaint, though: too many cameos (ie Ben Affleck, Alicia Keys, etc.). Just stupid and detracted from the overall experience, but still a blast.
