Nowhere as good as the original. Yes, the same main cast is all back, but is seriously missing the good laughs here! The only thing this sequel has going for it is the large amount of car stunts and wrecks that take place in the climax.
You know you're in trouble when Burt's character starts out drunk and out-of-it! Not only that, Burt looks like he's embarrassed to be in this one. Who can blame him?
