Neither excitingly action packed nor amusingly campy, the movie fails to do the basics of superhero film making.

You'll be hard pushed to recall a single scene a week later as nothing outstanding or impressive was done with any character. Written and directed without any grand plan and further deadened with unremarkable editing. Not even fun to watch ironically due to its relentlessly uninspired elements.
