Review of Smashed (2012) by Dani P — 20 Aug 2013
Kind of a Days of Wine and Roses for the Y generation: A lot of drinking and a lot of AA talk. Basically Smashed is a star vehicle for the usually adorable Mary Elizabeth Winstead, and to a lesser extent, the reliable Aaron Paul.
There's quite a bit of overacting going on, but Winstead capably handles the heavy material. Good for a sober Sunday viewing.
