Review of Smash Cut (2009) by Robert H — 11 May 2010
In this film where a director goes back to fix his film which doesn't score well with test audiences you'd think the director (I'm looking at you Demarbre) would have taken his own advice.
Smash Cut tries to be an homage to the gore films of Hershel Gordon Lewis but fails miserably. Even the casting of David Hess, Lewis and Michael Berryman can't save this boring, lack luster attempt at a film.
Avoid this one if you can. You'll be happier if you do.
