This movie definitely had it's moments of hilarity, unfortunately it really felt disjointed, as if a few key scenes had been left on the editing floor. I really didn't connect to the sarah jessica parker/dennis quaid story as much as the ellen page/thomas hayden church story.
it was really odd, and I didn't understand what motivated these people's actions. the ending, though nice, seemed rather abrupt.
