I got this movie because it has Ellen Page in it, who was absolutely wonderful in Juno. It was a disappointment. The central romance is unconvincing, and most of the characters are not at all likeable.
Ellen Page plays a repressed, stuck up, unhappy teenager, and does a fine job, but there's no place for her spark and spunk to shine through.
