Review of Smart People (2008) by Xiu X — 13 Jan 2010
I love Ellen Page so I'm biased. I think I gave it one whole star because they cast her. Script is smart (i've just learnt what uxorious means!), dialogue is razor sharp.
Ellen's drunk character accosts a bimbotic stranger at a bar. "What's it like to be stupid?".
"What's it like sitting at lunch by yourself everyday?".
"It sucks.".
