I don't know how I missed this. A) It's a Joe Dante/Spielberg collaboration, B) it's got David Cross, Phil Hartman, Jay Mohr, and Denis Leary up ins, and C) a Spice Girls song is used as psychological torture.
It's no Gremlins, but it is pure, cheesy fun.
