Okay so I saw this on tv last night [tbs shows some great lesser known popcorn flicks at night] after seeing it in an issue of cinefex and it was so fun and nostalgic! it had the heart of gremlins and toy story and the 90s style of movies like jumanji and hocus pocus, plus great practical effects they just dont use in movies anymore, it really took me back, good fun for kids of the 90s [although it was kind of violent for a kids movie lol].
