Review of Slums of Beverly Hills (1998) by John R — 11 Jul 2004
JFK has got me once again fired up about the man.
I've visited the Grassy knoll, seen the depository, gazed at the mark on the street where he was killed. I only spent a couple of hours there once, out of at least 10 trips to dallas over a period pf three years.
Oh, I'd love to go back there. I watched a lot of the bios and conspiracy shows on the History Channel since it was the 40th Anniversary last year. Anyway, its still a complete mystery, and I don't bite onto everything thats been fed to us in school, or through the media, though the media is asking more questions, so should we. Most of the files of the case and other related items are classified until 2029.
In other news, I took second place in my disc golf legue two weeks ago. I had no idea how I plced until late last week. I won 33 dollars.
My boss is going back to Australia, whichs sucks, becuase he's damn great.
My mother is insane, she is going off the deep end, and started a drinking binge, I lost my temper in bad way. I ended up throwing beer at her. I've been dealing with her addictions my whole life, so this iwas old by the time I was 12 years old. Well I'm twenty three now, and I have a hard time dealing with it at this point. Nonetheless, I feel horrible. I screamed at her, I threw a chair across the room, and the beer of course.
She didn't really react until I threatened to take my cat from her. I'm letting her keep him since she lives alone, I brought him over when I moved in with her early last year ( since moved in w/ my boyfriend, close by). She started crying when I said that. I keep reliving the whole incident like a nightmare. All this happened on Saturday. I aplogiezed many times, and I assured her I would never take Chewy (my Cat) and she's doing a little better now. She's going to seek outpatient treatment. I think the in-patient might be better but, who knows.
I'm afraid she's going to die, she's going to be 61 on the 15th and she already is a on too many medications. it's dangerous for her to drink because her blood vessels could burst and her stomach has had a bad bleed once before, she could die if it happens again. It really freaks me out.
