Review of Slumdog Millionaire (2008) by Kurt H — 28 Apr 2012

This was a great film by any measure. It has drama, action, romance and characters you want to believe in. It's also innovative in the way it introduces audiences to an impoverished world of crime and child exploitation.

Ultimately, it is an uplifting story about overcoming extreme circumstances and finding love through feasible, yet remarkable means. It's also a little about family. This movie is top notch, and deserves the attention it is getting this Oscar season.
