Review of Slumdog Millionaire (2008) by Oscar P — 30 May 2015
Slumdog millionaire directed by Danny Boyle, written by Simon Beaufoy and produced by Christian Colson is a drama film, It was released in 2009, The main character played by Dav Patel as Jamal Malik was the hero, the protagonist, Freida Pinto as Latika was the Jamal's love, Madhur Mittal as Salim K, Malik the brother of Jamal, Ankur Vikal as Maman who was a vilain like Javed played by Mahesh Manjrekar,.
The film takes place in Mumbai, the film tells the story of the life of Jamal Malik, a young boy from a slum in Mumbai, Jamal was arrested by the police because he is suspected of cheating, Then Jamal tells his life to say how can he answer at all questions, at the end of the film Jamal wins 20 million Rupees, The plot of the film is a little bit boring but actors played their characters very nice, The concept is very oiginial but too surealist, the music selection is good, it conveys a happy atmosphere, the film is full of wonderful characters, and it has a happy end,.
I recommended this film, it's well worth seeing because the Jamal's life is beautiful and the concept is very original but I consider that the film is a liite bit too long and sometimes I get bored,.
