In the tradition of the monster movies of the 50's and 60's this is a lot of fun but doesn't quite know where to pitch itself; is it humour or is it horror? Films like Shaun of the Dead and Zombieland pitch this perfectly but here there are too many gore moments and the humour doesn't sit well with that.
A fun film for the lads when you want to watch some mindless entertainment but hardly a classic.
