Review of Slither (2006) by Shawn C — 04 Oct 2012
An interesting modern day B-movie, complete with low-budget horror stuff, Slither (2006) attempts to balance between humor (typically gross-out or lots of cursing)and horror (psychological, creepy, and sadly, sometimes too violent).
Regarding both, it is more hit or miss than anything else, unfortunately. However, when Slither works, it reaaaally works, thanks to the ideas presented and the execution of the film.
