Review of Slither (1973) by Heather H — 29 May 2013
I thought the characters had great personalities and were well thought out and the cast had great chemistry. The story is pretty unique and manages to have just the right amount of creepy and comedy, which I loved.
This is definitely not a horror film to be taken too seriously and there are some great laughs throughout it. Nathan Fillion and Michael Rooker are great, as always, and James Gunn really does a nice job of mixing laugh-out-loud moments with some pretty horrific ones and making it work.
I like keeping my reviews short and sweet and, overall, I really enjoyed 'Slither'.
