I have not seen this movie since it came out on the theaters in 1997. I forgot how incredible Billy Bob was. The triple threat of writing, directing and starring in a film has Billy Bob in my total admiration.
His consistent characterization and carefully crafted performance is outstanding. John Ritter gives a impressive performance. The rest of the cast is wonderful as well. Not a real uplifter, but if you like great levels of acting performances, you will enjoy.
