Review of Sling Blade (1996) by Tim B — 04 Jan 2009
I really didn't want to see this one, thought it would be full of clishés and boring throughout seeing the first couple of minutes. However, after a while it started to pull me in. Half an hour or so into it I found myself mesmerized.
The characters felt unconfortably human and the pace was hypnotizing. A superb movie!
