Review of Sling Blade (1996) by Crystal R — 28 May 2012
This has been a film favorite of my mine for a long time. Even though this is not a comedy, it manages to give several laughs after watching as many times as my family and I have. We all know it by heart and love saying quotes from the movie.
It's a dark, dramatic, southern tale with light hearted moments and an all star cast. Billy Bob Thorton and Dwight Yoakam give the performance of their careers. Brilliant!
