Review of Sling Blade (1996) by Josh W — 28 Dec 2012
The amount of detail and realism represented in the small, Southern town setting is amazing, as each and every small character is like somebody you would actually meet in such a town. As for the performances, there isn't a single bad performance, and Dwight Yoakam gives probably the most impressive, most despicable performance ever for a musician transitioning into acting.
