Review of Sliding Doors (1998) by Bruce O — 29 Aug 2008
Always wanted to see this for the premise of how one event (in or out of one's control) can change an entre life. The two possibilities that come out of a train missed weave in and out of each other in a winsome and witty way.
London scenes are a highlight. Though the focus of the two scenarios is the accident at the beginning, the impact of choices along the way is an interesting plot device (though the "we're separated" rationale at the end is a weak one.
) Good movie for a relaxing respite.
