Clever dual-reality romantic fantasy comedy posits the premise how radically different life might turn out as a result of different choices, even as in this case by missing the Tube by two seconds. Gwyneth Paltrow disappears into the lead role alternately playful and pissed off, Douglas McFerran steals each of his scenes.
