I'm not sure that this is a horror anthology at it's best. Although, it is low budget, it's not the least bit campy, and I didn't enjoy it at all. (Which is saying a lot, because low-budget horror is my go-to genre) The first story is ridiculously bad, and more gross than scary.
Go ahead and skip to the 3rd part, it's the only part worth the watch.
