Falls into the category of 'i would work on stage but not on screen'. Since the entire film runs off dialog between Caine/Law I found it difficult to stay interested. The character motivation really doesn't work right (making both men out to look ridiculous in certain scenes - despite whether or not they're attempting to 'play' one another) because all we have to go on is discussion about their past.

Tap on an unsatisfying ending and this one just doesn't work.
