Interesting idea to cast Michael Caine as the 'older character' in this remake, thought I don't think he quite did as good a job as Laurence Olivier in the original. Jude Law was quite good in this, perhaps due to the fact that he plays the more interesting character of the two.
Decent enough remake, but doesn't hold a candle to the original.
