Review of Sleepy Hollow (1999) by Omairus P — 12 Dec 2012

While certainly watchable, the film never quite extends beyond mediocrity. Plagued by underdeveloped relationships, and predictable action, it never achieves the vision of the storyboard. This is a pity as there enough development of the myth to build into a frightening experience.
