So the acting in this movie was good, particularly by Nick Stahl and the always enjoyable Annasophia Robb, but it isn't a very interesting story and really didn't feel like it brought anything new to the movie table.
If you're a fan of one of the actors/actresses, watch it. Otherwise, invest your time in something more interesting.
