Review of Sleepwalking (2008) by Brandy C — 07 Jul 2009
This is a story of a damaged mother who neglects her daughter, leaving her dejected, introverted offspring as a hindrance to her loner brother. In the plot you find enlightenment through involuntary circumstances.
And finding your way through troubled times. Annasophia is possibly the best child actress in screen today. Her portrayals of the roles she is given are always satisfying and delightful. Therons role is small but powerful.
All credit though is due to Nick Stahl, who plays the main character with a refined sense of depth and understanding. Worth the watch.
