How can a movie with such promise deliver so blandly? It's your typical 90's psychological drama and follows all of the plot points that it's supposed to. Typically these types of movies will pick up pace, but Sleeping seemed like it slowly started to drag more and more.
Too many holes too ... the wedding ring is still in the toilet? How many days have passed and he still hasn't used the toilet and/or seen it? Overall, it's just a little too cheesy for today's viewing.
Maybe it played better back in 1990.
