Sleeping with Other People is saved from being simply another film about two attractive people in denial about how much they want to have sex with each other by the casting. Alison Brie is an actress who can turn water into wine and elevates everything she's in simply by her presence.
It helps that the script does give her something to work with. Jason Sudeikis, while not quite at the calibre of Brie, is never the less a pleasant on screen presence. We're not talking great cinema here, but Sleeping with Other People is an enjoyable 90min.
