Review of Sleepers (1996) by Sharyn H — 29 Oct 2008
Not knowing what to expect with this film, I went into it 'blind', and what I got was a surprisingly deep film that looks at the lives of four boys who were put through hell. Very, very impressive.
All the actors were brilliant in their respective roles, though the two who really stood out for me most were De Niro (wonderful as a streetwise priest), and Bacon (succeeded in sending a horrific chill to my bones.
