Review of Sleepers (1996) by Grant S — 22 Feb 2011
Definitely worth watching! I'm someone that believes that a long movie better be worth watching for the period of time. This one definitely meets the criteria. It's pretty much split between two stories: 4 boys who commit a small crime that goes horribly wrong and end up being tortured in a juvenile detention center.
The second being the revenge the boys, now men, take on one of the torturers and the legal battle that pursues. The whole film is just engaging.
