Review of Sleepers (1996) by Alexander P — 05 Jun 2011
With a different cast this movie could have been bad. This is the first of several movies where the main characters were assaulted as children and the aftermath in their adulthood. Mystic River seems to have borrowed a fair bit from this movie and I did not care for Mystic River.
This is still the best movie along this disturbing theme.
