Springsteen returns as Angela but this time as a camper at a camp for under-privileged youth (each one more obnoxious than the other). Angela spreads her moral messages with glee as the various ethnic stereotypes hurl racial invective at each other.
Similar to part 2 but the humor seems forced and the violence dominates.
