Pretty poor really, only for fans of the original or the second film. It is just a series of average death scenes with topless women. The latter cannot be moaned at. Maybe worth a watch once for a completist. The other two are better - the second funnier and more violent and the first with a much better story.
In one word: Unimpressive.
