A whole new cast & crew were used for this sequel. Angela is now played by Pamela Springsteen (Bruce's sis) and she plays it for laughs. In fact the whole tone of this movie is going for the laugh.
At least the original tried to be scary and the laughs were accidental. And there is nothing in this movie that even comes close to the original ending of the first.
