A total surprise. I had actually seen part 2 then part 3 before this one. the reason for this was because on THIS it was put on the guide as Sleepaway Camp when it was actually part 2. this was pretty good. quite cheesy. spoiler, judys death was strange, where did the thing go? and even stranger whats with her hand? and the chick who lead the the cabin. how was it that her body fell out of the shower just as Mel walked by? very realistic. but essentially everyone got what was coming to them. the ending was sadly very predictable for me. the entire plot is revealed in the beginning of part 2 as a camp fire story. so it wasnt surprising to me. I think the killers identity would have been easy enough to discover, but the ending...you wont see it coming....
Mixes in little bits of comedy which was quite delightful. the sequel uses more, the third... well idk about the third? was it going for serious?
