Review of Sleepaway Camp (1983) by Robert H — 17 Jan 2013
This movie gets a bad rap sometimes because it's low budget or the acting is supposedly not up to snuff, but I consider it a true masterpiece, unlike Return to Sleepaway Camp. I am perplexed that Robert Hiltzik made one phenomenal movie and and one terrible one.
Almost everything that made Sleepaway Camp great is missing in Return.
